Chicken Cacciatore
sautéed breast of chicken with mushrooms, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and white wine. Served with potato du jour and fresh vegetable.

crab stuffed grouper fillet topped with choron sauce (hollandaise sauce with a tomato puree tint). Served with potato du jour and fresh vegetable.
Penne with Butternut Cream & Bacon
a rich satisfying dish of savory and sweet combined for pure comfort
