The Experience

Private Dining "Behind the Scenes"
Upon arrival you will be greeted by Chef Joe Konopka who will guide you through our busy commercial kitchen into the chef's office which has been transformed into an exclusive and private dining area. Featuring the look of a vintage gentleman's club with soft lighting, red carpet and red walls adorned with rare record albums from the 50's, 60's and 70's, you'll forget you are actually in the chef's office of the oldest restaurant in Greene County.

Food, Wine & Cocktails
The Chef's Table experience features a tasting menu format with six courses, either from our extensive dinner menu or custom created by Chef Joe using fresh seasonal ingredients. Wine Pairings and/or creative cocktails will round out the tasting experience.

Music
Great food and the company of friends is taken up a notch when you surround yourself with fabulous music! No Muzak here! Choose from dozens of rare record albums (yes, vinyl records!) in various genres to be spun on the in-room turntable. Or, if you prefer, we'll compile a sampling of sounds from Joe's ecclectic music collection. Either way, you are sure to get that warm retro feeling that can only happen when you listen to the awesome sounds of the classics.

About the Chef

Restaurant Owner, Executive Chef, Certified Personal Chef and Music Afficianado are just a few of the experiences Chef Joe Konopka drew upon when developing the concept for his Chef's Table at Red's Restaurant. His passion for food and music began as an early teen and has finally come together ironically in his office.

It is Chef Joe's sincere wish that all of his guests in this private dining experience will renew or attain a special warm feeling from comfortably enjoying the sounds of the past while savoring the tastes of his culinary creations at what can only be called..."The Chef's Table"

Add a wine pairing to either package - add $20 per person

The Chef's Table accommodates a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 12 guests. Please add 18% gratuity and applicable sales tax to all pricing. A $100 deposit is required to secure a reservation at the Chef's Table.
